  @ this very hour 1:47pm Sept. 6, 2016: the crew is very rude...l asked if the coffee specialty machine dispenses hot beverage, she snapped in a subtle way by saying, "of course this kind of machine dispenses hot stuff". Then l said, "oh l'm sorry, l don't know anything about this thing." Then she replied, "if you really want hot coffee, there's a coffee shop near here." Super duper rude and disrespectful crew!!!

  Con: Bubble tea was disappointing, This shop rips off your money for sure (5$ is price for medium bubble.) . $5 for bubble tea is not worth this poor quality bubble tea. They used the ice inside of the sink.. SINK! disgusting. They usually have only 1 worker, but I do not think this shop uses fresh fruit or even a fruit for their bubble tea, because someone needs to stock those fruits and able to make fresh tapioca and cut the fruit at the same time, while other is working as cashier. Taste like some out-dated milk inside of their bubble tea ( sour as hell.) Their skill shows that they can not even mix Strawberry and Banana flavor properly. It is way Too watery. I do not understand why would they selling cotton candy in bubble tea shop.. ( if i was a owner, I would sell something that goes well with bubble tea, like high quality bread, cake..)
